Post Placement

We understand that meeting your needs is more than just identifying strong opportunities.  Our support doesn’t end on your first day at your new opportunity. It is essential that as your support partner, we are here for the longer term and will assist with any issues or problems over your first few months.  Our teams will check-in with Candidates post placement at six weeks, three months and twelve months, to ensure the role is commensurate to your expectations and desires.  Where possible, we would like to feedback on the process to the Client (confidentially), outlining any recommendations on improving processes and potentially where you may need a little more support from your new employer to improve performance in the current role.
