At Webber Chase, we provide a comprehensive search for talent in the relevant commodity sectors for all Clients.  This involves actively and discreetly headhunting Candidates, assessing them against the Recruitment Solution’s criteria and deep-diving into their bigger drivers and motivators. This targeted and in-depth approach not only ensures that the candidates we attract meet the in-demand skills and experience for each role, but that they fit our Client’s’ corporate culture to ensure long-term retention.

We provide a post-placement service as standard to our Core Clients where we ‘check-in’ with Candidates at six weeks, three months, six and twelve months.  Where possible, we meet the Candidate and run through the key expectations and if they are being met, what the Candidate would like to feedback on the process to the Client (confidentially), recommendations on improving process and potentially where they may need more guidance or support to perform better in their current role. We then provide comprehensive feedback to the Client as part of the placement fee.

Our widest utilised option is an Exclusive Contingency Search, whereby we actively headhunt and pursue top calibre individuals for our Clients, utilising our established global networks effectively provide a relevant shortlist of suitable candidates for specific requirements. This provides Webber Chase’s Clients with a consistent and tailored service who are looking to hire without tight time restrictions in a risk-free pricing agreement.

Active Retained Searches

When a complete appraisal of the market is required by a Client, we will implement a structured market map and extensive search across the regional talent pool, focusing on key competitors. Clients who choose to retain Webber Chase, are guaranteed a priority search to deliver their mapping and intelligence reports ahead of time and on an exclusive basis, to ensure no other Client is seeing the same talent for their respective areas. We provide comprehensive support at every stage of the process and a dedicated CDM Team Leader to ultimately deliver a successful match every time.
